Built to order for our first vendor and launched in 2019, this is an owner version and never hired out. Rare as hens teeth and offers a full width master cabin forward and a raft of creature comforts. Hardly used, permanently upgraded, meticulously maintained and still looks like new!

Vast outdoor spaces starting on the fly deck with two full length loungers a bar and plancha area and dining seating for 6 to 8 people not forgetting the really comfortable helming position with bow and stern thruster mono-lever control. Downstairs (yes stairs not a ladder) to the aft deck which form an all on one level terrace from the saloon area. Seating, swim platform with hot & cold shower and boarding ladder. Full width sliding glazed doors to bright galley saloon area. Great visibility from deep windows, practical galley better than many a kitchen I've seen on land. 220V refrigerator (220L capacity), 4 burner hob & gas oven all looking like they are brand new and never been used. Forward to starboard is the inside helm. Forward again through the central corridor to the two guest cabins (one port, one starboard each with ensuite heads and shower and a double bed 1.9m x 1.4m. Finally a full width owners cabin forward with a gigantic 2m x 1.6m walk-around bed an ensuite heads and shower and a utility room with washing machine. 1.9m headroom almost everywhere. Warm air central heating via 2 WEBASTO Air Top 55 diesel fired heating units. Two A/C units one 15 BTU in the saloon and a 10BTU unit in the master cabin.

I am very pleased to offer for sale this Nicols Octo, built in 2019, which appears to be in excellent condition and has clearly benefited from meticulous maintenance. Very little used, she looks almost as new.
